  Some basic essential supplies missing for their guests like a bar of soap. You can't use body wash without the scrubber. At least supply the scrubber to go with it. Toothpaste left on the water spout from previous guest although remainder of room was clean. The beds are huge but too hard. They will last a long time because you can't sleep on them. Probably over priced for the lack of facilities in the room.

  Made a booking 6 months in advance to be called 3 days prior to the booking and told they cannot offer me a room as someone has extended their stay. Not good enough when I confirmed a week before and asked to pay. Woman who called extremely rude. Would never stay here if this is the way they do business. People in country towns are generally the best to deal with. Very disappointed!

  Absolutely great rooms for what it is. Great cleaning service. I'm only up here for work but I don't think we would've found better to be honest.
